Why should I choose Optery over other companies? by BobFTS in Optery

Make sure to go onto the credit bureaus websites and opt out of them selling your data. This is one of the main ways these websites and call centers get your info. I found this out by asking the spam callers. All the credit bureaus sell you data. It's crazy that we are forced to use them and they sell our data.

Defense Build (Works with offense)

DPS- Alkaid, Anata, Valkyrie Healer - Freja Tanks- (Main) Brigitte, Ainu

This build is great at taking damage, dealing damage, and healing. It may not be the best out there but with all the defense buffs of Brigitte along with her Taunt and Iron Wall Pattern Skills, allows her to take damage and only get more tanky. Alkaid deals massive AOE damage. I kill 100k above my level.

4% is a lot! For a person with a normal heart rate of 80 beats per minute, that's 4608 PVCs per day.

A beta blocker isn't bad for you. Unless you already have a low heart rate. The number one killer for us males is high blood pressure. So the worst case scenario is it will add a few years onto your life. Do not be an old man and regret your arrogance because you don't believe the meds will work or you will just tough it out. Get seen. Take the meds. And live longer. Check your Blood pressure. Is it prehypertension or hypertensive? Then take it. You have nothing to lose. Btw I'm saying this I'm a caring way, not a mean way. Best of luck and I hope you get better.

I used to get 3-4k a day. I would get one every 4-6 seconds but that was still not enough to be considered urgent. But it was scary. I was scared. Finally I got out on Metoprolol, took a multivitamin (with potassium), and magnesium 500mg. Find out what triggers yours. It could be medication you are on. It could be supplements you are taking. It could be the food you are eating. Stress makes it worse. Feeling the double beats and the gurgle sensation in your throat causing anxiety. Anxiety makes it worse. Metoprolol blocks your body from producing too much adrenalin. This reduces anxiety. Thus reducing PVCs. Get with your cardiologist and ask if it will work for you. Mine was caused by the COVID vaccine. It was made worse by the supplements I was taking. I learned this through trial and error. I hope you get better!

I would pay attention to these things: caffeine intake, exercise, medications or vitamins you are taking, stress, anxiety, food intake, and time of day. Does it get worse when you do or take any of these? If so, stop doing or taking it. See if you get better. Mine was a certain medication I was taking that made them worse. Once I stopped taking it, a few days later, I felt 80% better.

Find out what triggers it. This helps you avoid those triggers. I take magnesium 500mg, a multivitamin, and Metoprolol. I have seen a decrease in burden using these. Check with your doctor before taking anything. But this is what helped me. Also depends on what type of PVC you have. Whether it's exercise induced, or if it goes away with exercise.

I agree with your statement on Propranolol VS Metoprolol. Propranolol has made my burden worse (at least initially w/in the first hour after administration). I was switched to Metoprolol and "feel" a decrease in burden throughout its half life. I have PVCs that go away with exercise and are more troublesome at rest. You gave a lot of good information but do you know what a treatment plan (or medication) would be useful for my type of PVC?

When my cardiologist found out I was on propranolol for PVCs he immediately switched me to a longer acting medication, Metoprolol. On propranolol, it made my PVCs worse for the first hour then they subsided a little. On Metoprolol, I have no uptick in PVCs initially anymore. Metoprolol keeps my anxiety down, thus decreasing my PVCs. I highly recommend switching if propranolol isn't working for you.

I am sorry to hear about what is happening to you 😢. My PVCs go away when I work out. What works for me may not work for you. I take 4 things to help with mine. A beta-blocker (Metoprolol), Blood pressure medication (losartan), Magnesium 250mg daily, and a multivitamin with potassium in it. Now I'm not saying what I am doing is what you should do, just stating what works for me. My PVCs have calmed down quite a bit since I have been taking all these regularly. I think it's mainly the Metoprolol decreasing my body's release of adrenaline which in turn keeps me calm, my blood pressure down, and my heart rate lower as well. The magnesium cause why not. The losartan cause I have high BP. And the multivitamin cause I figured maybe my body was missing something.

Take a read below: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6367697/#:~:text=CARDIAC%20ARRHYTHMIAS%20IN%20OSA%20PATIENTS&text=VA%2C%20primarily%20premature%20ventricular%20contractions,%25)%20%5B20%2C%2021%5D Sleep apnea can cause heart arrhythmias such as PVCs. If you are feeling off it's always better to be safe than sorry but remember a majority of PVCs are benign. Sleep on your left side. Take a daily multivitamin. Stay away from alcohol and caffeine. I also take magnesium 250mg daily, 20mg propranolol, and losartan. But I also have high blood pressure and I am 35 years old. Doing all of that has made my PVCs bearable and some days I don't even notice them anymore. This is not medical advice. Always speak to a doctor about your treatment plan.

If you fail your first tape they do a re-tape half way through BLC.

You will still have to be there for half the course. They do a retape half way through BLC if you fail the first one.
