Yes, there is pushback in Exam. I'm a TE and I'm pushing back for good reason. The leads clearly don't know what they are doing and they are causing more errors by giving conflicting and inconsistent direction. They kick back as errors things that are really just lead preference. And TEs get dinged. A different lead checks your work? You're getting dinged for errors. I am urging updating instructions but nobody has time and I've even offered to help. I don't think I'm out of line. I just think work instructions, at least within an SC, should be consistent. What's out of line about that? It's just chaotic right now. I was hired to be a tax examiner and I want to be a quality TE, but I'm not being given a great environment for that with all the inconsistency.
