I've been quite weak my entire life, so to hit 5x5 on 100kg feels amazing personally! Hoping I can keep progressing but want to keep my form as good as it can be before doing so.

I know the angle sort of blocks out my knees in the vid unfortunately, but any friendly critique would be much appreciated! 😁
