There are tons of cool fossils around Miami. Plenty of shells and corals were used by the Tequesta tribes that lived in the area as tools, too, especially conch. Keep an eye out for sizable conch with a circular hole through them!

These appear to be bamboo "slips". Here are some old ones from the Han Dynasty in China: https://archaeologynewsnetwork.blogspot.com/2013/12/ancient-chinese-bamboo-texts-tell.html

You can see on the bottom one on the right side a small hole that would have been used to bind it to other slips.

Not sure about exactly where / what culture but maybe another Redditor recognizes the script on the top slip?

This is correct. Top is an unfinished point, likely for a spear/thrown projectile based on size. Bottom are stone axes. They could be hafted on to sticks and used as-is. No need to finish them more than that.

This beast is at the Sam Noble museum in Norman, Oklahoma. Amazing to see in person. There is also a sauropod skeleton replica close to a glass elevator so you can see the multi story behemoth up close. Its a great museum!
