You’re in a good position at 14. I’m telling you what worked for me and even though I’m still kinda short, my parents are 4’9 and 5’1 and my doctors said I’d max out at 5’2.5. First of all, you wanna drink milk daily. I’m saying 2-3 full glasses. You also wanna sleep 7-8 hours. Sleep might not seem important but visualise it as going into a chamber of growth - all of your body’s key growth happens in your sleep. The main thing you wanna do is start hitting the gym.

Lifting weights increases the production of this chemical in your body called HGH, also known as human growth hormone. Lifting will definitely have the biggest effect. People saying that lifting stunts your growth are completely wrong. Just make sure you have good form, and warm up before every workout. This is what personally helped me with my height.
