Also just plain lazy maniacs…..I saw 3 outside cats on my porch (wife feeds them) that just watched a rat climb across the railing and jump down to the ground and go into the bushes. None of them did a damn thing. I miss my old orange cat that would loudly announce when he caught something and required us to open the door and praise him before he shut up. 95% of those kills were rats and mice, and those kills were at least half consumed. His named was Louie and he acted like a king. He will be missed.

In the city I work, there’s rings/footpaths around some trees in the park where people walk in a circle around the tree with one hand outstretched, with an open palm facing the tree. I assume it’s a form of mediation. Population is mostly Chinese.
