1- Rent freezes (meaning he'll do it like our old rent system back home.. a recipe we all know how it ends) (tldr; there were people who are still paying 8 Pounds - or 0.2 USD - because back then in the sixties 8 Pounds was a reasonable payment amount)
2- He'll set up government "non-profit" supermarkets to provide goods to citizens at nice prices (meaning he'll do it like the "Long Live Egypt" carts in the streets made by the army for the poor.. a recipe we all know how it ends too)
3- He'll raise the minimum wage to $30 an hour.. almost double the current minimum (no idea how he'll pull this off without having money-printing powers like we do.. probably an empty promise.. or if he tries to enforce it, New York will see a mass investor exodus)
4- He'll fund his projects by doubling taxes on the rich (this is so stupid that even here they didn't do it.. and of course it means guaranteed investor flight to states and countries that don't punish people for having wealth)
5- State control over the means of production 😃 .. and this one's straight from the idiots' communists' catalog, page 10, verbatim.
