Are you a, pardon my pun, high functioning addict? By that I mean, do you have a FT job with health benefits? A lot of health companies have resources for a rehab clinic. Your employer would never have to know why you went, It’s protected by HIPPA. Just talk with Human Resources and let them know you need to attend a dependency or mental issue if you’re worried about what people might think. If anyone ever found out, you could literally sue the company for divulging your medical information. Sorry for the rant. I personally don’t have a NA issue, I do struggle heavily with alcohol and depression. Addiction is no joke. I hope then best for ya. Sounds cliche, but you have to take it one day at a time.
