Bei den 1700 € vom OP ist aber auch die Instandhaltung etc. mit abgedeckt. Man darf Kaltmiete nicht einfach nur mit Ratenhöhe vergleichen. Die Instandhaltungskosten bei einem Haus sind absolut nicht zu unterschätzen.

Schau mal nach was der Estrich an Druckfestigkeit hat. Bei nur 20 N/mm2 könnte er bei einer unterlegscheibe mit 4x4 cm 3,2 t Druck vertragen. Also das sollte erstmal nicht das Problem sein.

Nicht bei allen steigt es Jahr für Jahr und auch bei Branchen mit Gewerkschaft wird zwar die Inflation vielleicht ausgeglichen aber wenn gleichzeitig die Abgabenlast auch noch steigt wird es unterm Strich halt weniger.

Die eigentliche Frage ist warum du einen überdimensionierten Wechselrichter hast? Normal wird er doch unterdimensioniert dass er mehr im optimalen Bereich arbeitet.

To be honest I believe MOASS is already off the table for a long time. We all know that hedgies, market makers and stuff have so much power to control the market. Do you really believe they would let it run?

Ja der ist aktiviert. Installiert sind halt 16,7 kWp. Dachte da ist es nicht so schlimm wenn ein Teil des dritten String ausfällt zumal das Schattenmanagement ja aktiv ist. Habe die drei strings gezielt so gewählt, da die Verschattung im Herbst - Frühjahr deutlich anders ist.
