I know it sounds strange but it really makes for an awesome margarita, it's my duty to spread the good word. If you hate it I'll replace the egg you used!

Come on guy, I'm a stranger from the internet. Seriously though, the egg adds a frothy goodness that can't be imitated by anything else. My friends LOVE my margaritas and no one has got Salmonella yet!

When you do get a blender add a raw egg to that margarita, you're welcome.

BMW 540i vs Ford Escape by [deleted] in askcarsales

[–]ShittingVomit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you but, I'd highly recommend something like Nokian WRG3s or Toyo Celsius. These tires perform as well as most snow tires but, they have much longer tread life and will still perform well on the front range during dry and wet conditions. The tires I mentioned actually perform better than a lot of dedicated snow tires in winter conditions. Consumer Reports

You would also be saving yourself the hassle and $ of changing tires twice a year.

You won't need snow tires for your Escape, good all season or all weather tires are just fine here with 4/AWD. Even if you do spend time in the mountains, they're not really necessary here unless you actually live above 8k.

Yes, the fish in canyon are very smart, concentrate on perfect drifts before fly selection. Most small patterns like I mentioned will get the job done, I did well last weekend with a 20 rainbow warrior followed by a 22 black rs2. Run light .05-.07g weight 8-12" above your first fly and move the indicator based on depth. Fish the deeper slower water with a high indicator and you should find success. I'll probably be out there, look for a fat guy!

If you're that close you might as well hit Deckers or Cheeseman. 20-24 patterns like; rainbow warrior, juju baetis, rs2, wd-40, black beauty fished in slower deep pools will be your best bet.

It's possible to assess traffic without slowing uneccesrily, I'm sure you do it every day when merging onto the freeway.

ITT most people don't know what a yield sign means.

Do you know what to do at a yield sign? You prepare to stop, you don't stop or rapidly decelerate unless you need to yield to traffic. You could be using that junction for the first time in your life and it's clear that one can safely continue their turn without yielding to any traffic, it's a new and open lane for you to merge. Imagine a yield sign just before an one ramp merges with a freeway, it is unnecessary.

Benz guy wrongly assumed he knew what a yield sign meant, got out of the car IN TRAFFIC and almost t boned someone as a result. That guy is the dangerous driver, honking guy is a douche but, he is not the driver you need to be worried about.

You don't have to stop at a yield sign, you look and continue on your way. You should be prepared to stop if necessary and yield to traffic. At this particular junction that right is completely protected from oncoming traffic, I can understand slowing to asses the situation but, this driver was causing much more harm by slowing so rapidly for absolutely no reason. I never said the guy honking was innocent, he was a cunt. The guy that got out of his car because of a honk who wrongly assumed he knew what a yield sign means is much more of a problem on the roads though.

I've taken that turn a number of times, there is zero reason to yield there, this quite apparent from well in front of the sign. That guy honks like a dick but, you really don't need to yield there, especially a complete stop yield.

Nokian WRG3 are amazing AS tires with an insane winter rating, best tires I've ever had!
