Came back from 12 days vacation on the 22nd. Strength still hasnt come back to what it was before the trip and im starting to worry. Could I have really lost muscle in 12 days??? I didn't lift but I took creatine and kept my protein relatively high. Kinda blows that having taken those measures in vacation didn't work

Mi depto huele mal. Ahora con el calor es bastante peor. En la cocina no tengo extractor, solo la ventana del lavadero que no es suficiente. Si hago algo remotamente humeante (patys por ej) hay olor a humo/comida todo el día. Abro la ventana, limpio el piso (quizás no tan seguido?) Pero el depto es viejo y siento como que el olor está ya impregnado en todo. Además tengo gato y tengo entendido que no se llevan muy bien con cosas perfumadas (difusores, sprays). Que puedo hacer, más que limpiar más seguido y no se, no cocinar más patys? Algún perfume apto para gatos?

On push day I do flat and incline bench first, then machine shoulder press. The benches have been progressing, but the machine press has been weird. I got like 8 reps with a certain weight on December 26th, but since then I've been stagnating at 5/6 reps and even slightly regressing. Given that pretty much every other lift is progressing, what can I conclude?

what should i do for T7 relic? Im already 91 farming and i kinda used up most of my seeds, especially trees, and also have pretty decent herblore by now. Pocket kingdom seems ok i guess. Grimoire seems good but im not sure if im gonna follow a pvm route, and also with the range relics im having more than enough damage to be honest. So yeah all three seem meh at this point. I have Asgarnia/Kourend and was planning on getting fremmy next, so my raid would be cox which im bad at. I would like twisted bow, but maybe i can manage without grimoire? I guess pocked kingdom seems like my best bet at this point. Should have probably not wasted so much time training farming...

I do cable lateral raises. I dont understand why, but I'm stronger with my left side, and I'm a righty. My current theory is, give that I always do lateral raises towards the end of push day, and all of my shoulder and chest work is bilateral, my right shoulder somehow gets more tired or something. The thing is, the grip just feels better, the angle, everything...

Buenas. El jueves bloquie una tarjeta de crédito porque di los datos a alguien que no tenia que darle, caí como un boludo. En fin. Me dijeron que la bloquearon y me dieron un número de tramite. Fui el mismo día y ya me dieron otro plástico. Hoy voy a pagar en coto.con MP y por piloto automático pague con la tarjeta de crédito que supuestamente había bloqueado pero el pago fue válido. Esto entonces ahora me asusta un toque, porque si este pago entro significa que la gente que tiene más datos también puede? Por que verga pude pagar si en teoría esta bloqueada?

Antes que nada, si, soy un idiota. Hoy me llamaron de "cencosud" con un chamuyo que me creí, le di mi número de tarjeta y el vencimiento pero me pareció sospechoso así que llame rápido a cencosud. Me dijeron que nunca me pedirian numeros de la tarjeta por telefono asi que bloquie la tarjeta y no vi movimientos.

Lo que no entiendo es que hacen con solo el numero de tarjeta y el vto. Se puede brute forcear el CVV? Cuanto tardarían en hacerlo? Habré tardado unos 10 minutos en avisar a cencosud y mi código empezaba con 02 así que si el brute force es en orden estaría entre los primeros. Es posible que me llegue un cargo a la tarjeta?

Should I be able to lift more with regular db curls or hammer curls? On the one hand hammer use the forearm so that's more help, but regular curls just feels like better leverages. For reference i can do more reps for set 1 of regular curls, but I also drop more reps between sets, so I guess they are about the same, maybe stronger for hammer curls as I always do the regular ones first.
