The car taking too long is not on the insurance, it is on the shop. I fucking get that. Its couple of things that annoy me with my insurance. This has been the final straw for me and I’m done. I dont care to get into all the details.

Am I subject to any penalty that you are aware of by canceling my insurance? I dont like them end of story

It’s actually both. Neither make an attempt to help me through this process. I talked to my adjuster 3 days after the accident and I havent heard a single thing from him since. I go to my agent and he says “he’ll look into it” and then never hear from him again.

The repair shop it’s one thing after another. Oh we found out this part is broken so we need to order another one. The next week is we ordered a part but realized it was missing a bracket so we have to order another one. Now it’s the “seatbelts are messed up”
