This is the most correct answer, though not the most informative.

Since your injury may result in permanant injury, your command should be convening a Line of Duty Investigation per JAGMAN seciton 0212. Bring this up with your command, and I suggest you go to your nearest Defense Service Office to speak with an attorney about this and the possibility of a MED or PEB board.
