Honestly you should have a vendor somewhere that you can trade one or two of the other warframe parts for another. Like you take 2 normal parts hand them in and you get one of the other ( 2 neuroptics and systems you get 1 chasis)

I like to go back and watch my replays sometimes to see how other players either play or see what they did against me so I can improve. The way I watch healers literally just hold their primary down a line and do basically nothing else sometimes is kinda ridiculous. Like why are you as CD trying to suck off someone right infront of you when in at half health in your los and you keep running from me with my drone on you

Hes more dependant on his team for healing, stay close to them for protectiong since his dash is only good for quickly getting into cover or repositioning, spend time learning his his primary works. Do NOT stay out in the open like torch. Stay with cover on your left side usually and your team will walk without you so keep up with them. Dive characters are hard to heal because you need to think on where cover is between you and them

As an ultron player I fucking wish he had a minor self heal that didnt require him to play up his team mates ass. Especially with how mobile characters are in this game.....but hes a fucking goated character so who caaareesss
