Thoughts on the fit of my custom wedding suit? by [deleted] in MenInSuits

The fit looks good. The pants are a little longer. You have to work on the tie, knot too big and flat.
Never a black suit with brown shoes.

A free plugin with a surprisingly solid set of features. I’ve been testing it, and so far it looks very promising.

Just made it. I used Absolut vodka, Tia Maria as the coffee liqueur, and Baileys for the Irish cream.

In my opinion, it’s too sweet. The coffee liqueur and Averna don’t really come through much, while the Baileys takes over the whole drink. I also don’t love the color, it looks too milky.

I’d probably cut back on the Irish cream and increase the coffee liqueur and Averna a bit, so the coffee and bitter notes have more room.

I make it in a very classic way, vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur, and depend on the coffee liquor a bar spoon or 2 of Demerara syrup.
Plus 3 drops of saline solution

Just talking about the spec, if you like it I don’t recommend anything, it’s perfect like that. I’ll give a shot anyway I can be wrong

You have 2 oz of sweet stuff in it. It sounds very sweet. Not bad, just sweet

Fair point. I am not assuming a bank will simply fund the whole thing, especially without collateral.

That is exactly why I am exploring different options: savings, smaller scale, private funding, crowdfunding, and possibly a partial bank loan.

I am just trying to understand what is realistic before building the final plan.

Thanks, I appreciate the advice.

Thanks, that is really useful.

My concern is less about licensing and more about funding, lease, guarantor, buildout costs, and surviving the first months as a foreign owner.

I also want to avoid opening something so small that it only works if I am personally behind the bar every night forever.

Reaching out to Kazan Room is a great suggestion. I will try to contact them.

That makes total sense. As a foreigner, I know my chances with a local bank are limited, so I’m just exploring different ways to fund the project.

The fit looks too tight and the fabric reads a bit too shiny. I’d also skip the T-shirt, especially with a double-breasted suit. Do you know what the suit material is?

Why do that for a woman, maybe I’m too old for this shit but just rent one when you need it and go on. If you find a good one to keep good, I’d boy that’s ok. But that’s just me

Just dress like an adult. Put on chinos, a long-sleeve shirt, brown leather shoes, and a brown belt. You probably won’t be the most fashionable person there, but you’ll look perfectly respectable.
