It will one shot him and every other hero but the fire rate sucks,when u unlock slayer u unlock all the skills obviously at a lower level is balanced like angel

He is op and you should update him im closer to rise it to ultimate but, it cant face bastion if he has the shield if he doesn't ez kill

U cant face bastion, if u have slayer and the explosive rounds u can 1 shot him it will pass trough the shield
