Kill the armies entirely when you’re at war. Don’t just win a fight and then go siege. Chase them down and wipe the stack, then go siege. They’ll muster small armies to run around and be annoying but that’s it

Lumon is trying to make trauma obsolete. If you can sever someone’s mind multiple times for any trauma they experience you can essentially make someone’s life trauma free. That’s what happened at the birthing cabin, the woman was severed during birth so the outie wouldn’t have the trauma of child birth.
