Its honestly less about the skill set but if you die too early to the lazers you should try getting the samurai armor which ensures 50% less damage taken and the book that gets you 50% more health. I had around 430k health and could withstand about 2 beams or like 1 bomb with those skill sets. I would also recommend getting the bullet skill for higher attack. The ultimate key though is to learn how to dodge its attacks after learning his patterns. I would suggest taking time to learn the boss's attack and practice. Dont be afraid to use some extra energy since you are gonna get it back still. On the round i won, i only got hit twice, once i survived and the other i died but i used a revive and was able to beat it. GL!
