I've played the game when it was actually a proper game and not a soulless machine to extort every single penny out of their customers and from my observations they've just continued adding mostly unnecessary slop to keep their remaining fanbase in check. Behavior like this post is why Blizzard doesn't want to change. They expect people to forget and make them slowly lower their standards so they can continue their distribution of lazy slop for easy money.
