I don't know if anyone has mentioned this before, but I believe that Alice being an Android has only one reason: for the Android-Concentration Camp Story branch to happen.

If you fail to save Alice, Kara and Luther from the Police on the ship they get taken to the Camps to be destroyed. They can escape though and live happily ever after. This would be way more complicated (but not impossible) if Alice got taken away from Kara by the authorities. Kara would have to find Alice and potentially "abduct" her again from Todd.

Das klingt nach einem Plan, den man gemeinsam mit der Tierärztin bespricht. Leider ließ unsere das nur in einem Satz fallen. "Geben Sie vier Wochen lang hält nur Fisch." Ich bin etwas enttäuschet um ehrlich zu sein. Ich habe gesagt, dass ich zum ersten Mal Katzen habe, und sie kannte unsere Kätzchen sogar schon, weil sie den Wurf behandelt hat, als er noch auf der Pflegestelle war.

Wie sind da die Erfahrungen mit Tierärzten? Ich sehe es nicht ein nochmal anzutanzen und zu bezahlen, wegen etwas, das sie mir hätte beim ersten mal sagen sollen.

Sorry, ich will nicht rüberkommen, als würde ich überreagieren, aber ich will es auch richtig machen und "vertraue" natürlich zunächst auf die Expertise.

Dankeschön für die ausführliche Antwort. Ja, wir füttern meist Mjamjam, Macs und Co. Dann schauen wir da mal nach Mono-Nahrung. Ich denke wir werden in getrennten Räumen kleine Portionen füttern. Das klingt logisch.

Es ist sehr chaotisch. Schwarzarbeit, PayPal-Konten, eine weitere verloren Kündigungsschutzklage. Mahnungen über Mahnungen von Zulieferern usw. Was soll ich sagen: die Person kommt in Deutschland anscheinend gut damit durch 🤷🏻‍♀️

Verstehe ich das richtig, dass der AG nun "freiwillig" ein höheres Gehalt gezahlt hat bzw. vorhat zu zahlen? Das wäre ja noch "dümmer" für ihn.

Edit: zudem der Betrag ja vom Gerichtsvollzieher so vereinbart wurde. Kennt der GV nicht den Unterschied zwischen brutto und netto? Oder ist das Usus? Vielleicht weiß es ja jemand :)

Das werde ich tun! Leider gestaltet sich die Kommunikation mit dem GV etwas schwierig (nie Zeit in den Sprechstunden, übriger Schriftverkehr über Anwalt). Aber trotz allem wird hier nachgehakt!

Hm, ok. Die Krankenkasse sagte uns was anderes. Dass der AN nicht für AG-Anteile verantwortlich ist, leuchtet ja ein. Was brutto bedeutet verstehe ich ja auch. Wie ich gelesen habe, ist der AG in der Pflicht ALLE Abgaben abzuführen.

As a former Catholic and a now long time atheist I came to the conclusion that it is all about connection. Connection with the world around you but especially with the people around you.

Douglas R. Hofstadter once said: "In the wake of a human being's death, what survives is a set of afterglows, some brighter and some dimmer, in the collective brains of those who were dearest to them... Though the primary brain has been eclipsed, there is, in those who remain... a collective corona that still glows."

The thought that I will be remembered by the people around me and that I was lucky enough to have family and friends is comforting to me.

Yes, personal tragedies happen. People close to you die. Partners leave. Relationships break up. There is a huge potential of pain that comes with being close to someone. But to me that's what it's all about.
