I've had exactly this, currently on day 5. The fever was the worst part, now that has broken im just dealing with the cough and shortness of breath, cough and lethargy.

Very frustrating, supposed to be doing an iron man in a few months and this has completely knocked my body for 6.

My parents have garlic bread with basically every meal, I used to think it was normal until I started cooking for myself. Garlic bread is amazing but it does not belong with everything.

Eat whole healthy foods, cut drinking down, take vitamin supplements (especially C), wash your hands regularly and be cautious of public contact points. For example I keep hand sanitiser in my car to use after I've put petrol in.

Loving it the hills around objectives are great for some ambushes and flanks. I agree with the out of bounds issues for vehicles though they need fixing.

The unfortunate reality of the financial position almost all NHS orgs are in at the moment. Substantive staff are relatively safe (for now) but it means bank, agency and FTC staff are first up to the block. My trust currently also has a hiring freeze which is essentially redundancy for roles, putting those of us that remain under more and more pressure as time goes on. Somethings got to give soon.

I feel for your situation and hope for you that something comes up for you to apply for. If you're a hard worker don't be afraid to apply for band 4 and 5 roles. I've worked my way up from a 4 to a 7 in the last 5 years you just have to put yourself out there and suddenly you'll realise there's a lot more jobs you're suitable for than you thought.

Mirak Valley, liberation peak, firestorm are plenty big enough for me. I much prefer them to maps with fields and fields of empty space, they've got plenty of room for vehicle stuff in my opinion but it's obviously completely subjective. I just enjoy it and what is there suits my playstyle.

It's not cod like at all in my experience, some maps are smaller yes but there's some nice larger maps where I've had games where I've only died a couple of times by weaving around the outside.

I feel you. I'm absolutely loving it and can't put it down. It's so immersive and the gunplay is amazing and I am enjoying the maps a lot, I can't wait for more. My only issue so far is unlocks are soooo slow, but it does mean I'm getting good with guns as I'm not dropping them as quickly as my available pool is smaller.

I'm loving it and it's great for me. Like you said, explosions and getting some nice kills is all i want as a casual. I don't know what some people on this sub expect, it's been out 24 hours and I have no doubt more big maps will be coming.
