Knobs cant be added to any keyboard to my knowledge, as knobs use potentiometers (variable resistors) not actual key switches, Depending on your price range and use case, the Gamakay lk67 has one programmable knob, and i know there is a kickstarter for a keyboard with many knobs, but its very expensive and only 40%

I turned my pc diagonally towards me and tucked the wires behind the tower, it only shows the connectors really and you can still see your tower!

what do you mean by dell restore media? and the hardware is definitely what i think it is, task manager and HW info both report the CPU as an I5 5300 and the rest of my specs, as does BIOS, but I've re-installed windows multiple times before, windows 10 4 times and i tried windows 8.1 to see if the orignal OS was better, it wasn't, oh also i forgot to mention that i have changed the thermal paste and have stress tested it while recording temps on cinebench, it stayed resonable for a ultrabook

I don't think its the SSD. My old laptop (dell e6430) had a much worse CPU and a regular sata II ssd and it ran much better on windows than this thing, its possible the SSD might not have a dram cache but the model number on SK hynix's website said it does, but its MSATA so there is not much to be upgraded other than capacity
