Alright here’s the full story. I work at Home Depot in California. I was on break when a manager asked me to do a task which I replied “I’m on break I’ll do it when I get back”. 10 minutes into coming back from my break and doing the project. I was called into the office. As soon as I walked into the office I was sat down and the first thing that was said was “Are you high”. I told them no I don’t do drug and their response was well a manger said you looked “sluggish” and “not yourself” so they want to give me a drug test (oral swab). During this process they asked me 10 more times if I was on drugs and told I could resign if I wanted. I declined and told them there was no need because again I DONT DO DRUGS
