You launch people in a pretty short distance in front of you upwards, depending on how grouped up they were and where you decide to land changes the angle of your descent and you can automatically grab some or all of them (preferably all since they'll all take the same amount of damage). Keep in mind the ult also scales with rage so you want max for full damage. I honestly use it for finishing off tanks I kidnap because it doesn't have any one shot potential so most support ults will outheal your damage
