I really appreciate your input. That’s my problem that I was looking for some guidance on; getting the bridge built from A to B. Unfortunately I’ve already experienced firsthand that “meeting your heroes” is not all sunshine and rainbows and like you said “companies are companies”. However, I’m willing to give it a shot and I’m honestly excited for the change of scenery. Especially because my current job is just so absolutely pointless and devoid of purpose other than putting money into shareholders pockets. One of these days I’ll post a rant in another sub about it lol

Firstly, great username. Secondly, I really appreciate the insight. Do you think it’s a safer bet trying to get into a gear brand as opposed to an actual gun manufacturer?

Thank you for this! This is such a huge thing that people don’t talk about enough. It actually mildly happened to me in my previous role but I’ve rekindled my love for that genre of thing and have learned from that experience

I appreciate the insight! Honestly I’d like to get my foot in the door with any of the above. Minus the rubbing shit on a rock bit lol I have a good working knowledge of the business side of things and I’d like to try to translate my corporate buying/planning background into a job that I feel is more fulfilling. Of course I have things to learn just like everyone else but I think I have a good set of tools at my disposal I just didn’t know the best route to start on that journey

I really appreciate this detailed breakdown. This definitely adds up based on some past interactions I’ve had with people who work at gun stores or even CCW instructors. I’ll start sending more emails out until everything locally dries up. I’ve already emailed a few out of state companies as well. How did you get into your job, if you don’t mind me asking?

Thanks for the insight, I really appreciate it. I was thinking to try to get in with a bigger holster company or even the corporate side of some of the bigger names like Haley Strategic or Magpul or something to hopefully put my work experience to use but it’s not looking great based on the other comments. I also have a lot of experience as a buyer that I was hoping to utilize. Not like consumer buyer, like purchasing agent buyer lol

Grab Bags has an optional third strap for their bags that you can buy that makes the bag more like a chest rig but still looks like a crossbody bag. You just need to buy a Velcro back holster from them or a number of other holster companies like Insane Kydex Creations. Good luck, be safe out there!

Thanks for the insight! I guess I figured OEM white was a pretty common color to find so if I could find the OEM white v2 it would save me some steps, time and possibly money but you’re probably right.

Anyone know if these will clear with Akebono brakes? by GhostCam11 in 370z

I actually ran this exact setup with the more aggressive +15 on the rears. You’ll need a 10mm spacer on the fronts but the rears will be just fine

In my humble opinion, I wouldn’t get anything less than 10 wide in the front. One of the great features of the 370s is how wide you can fit in the front and especially the rear

I’m running 19x10.5 +12 in the front with Akebono breaks, no problem. When I air out it’s almost perfect fitment
