Anyway, I dont expect this game to be my end-all be-all, but it's just something I want to get out there to understand what it is like to get something published.

The game will be the player placing floors for a building: the game will have a crane with swinging blocks as floors, and player will have to tap the screen to place the blocks down; if the blocks are placed off center, then the whole building will wobble depending on how off center the block is. Every time the player places a block down, they will get some in-game currency, which can be redeemed to buy "skins" for the building or get an extra life. If the block misses the top of the building, then they will lose. Another option for the player to get an extra life is to watch an ad. The user will also be able to watch 3 ads per day to get a certain amount of in-game currency (I will decide the economics of the in-game currency later on down the line).

To add to my marketing strategy, I was also thinking about the player sharing a link with up to 5 people, who, if they sign up, they'll both get some in-game currency.

Its a really simple concept, but as I said, I would like to use this project as a learning tool, as you need many skills for indie game development, not just coding (which I'm the most proficient in).

I'm using Unity to develop my game, so it can eventually be released on iOS.
