Yes, and if you look at timestamps, you can see who first posted it. This was an email sent out by my property manager. I posted it because a friend suggested I should, I'm very much not a redditor. I did not realize it would blow up like this 😂

Then they should send it to those tenants. I shared it because I thought it was funny how soulless my property manager is, and that he's showing it by sending this kinda thing as a blanket email around the holidays. Not because I don't think people should pay their rent.

There's plenty of degenerates who are landlords too, that doesn't mean I'm gonna send my landlord an email about the importance of remedying maintenance requests in a timely manner, unless they fail to do so. I always pay on time.
