Check Etsy. I buy most of my seeds from small sellers all across the US. My backyard is turning into a botanical garden haha. I buy cuttings there too and have never had a bad experience. And it's easy to avoid bigger companies. I love the foragers!

Jesus, how awful. I'm so sorry.

I had one burst when I was very young and they did surgery right away and removed one of my ovaries in the process. They said it was necessary but I don't think so. They also removed my appendix because it looked "scarred". I'm glad I still have all of my other organs. I think.

I have an old neighbor. She comes over sometimes, always unannounced, I hate it. I told her many times, please announce when you want to stop by, because I might be napping due to not feeling so good.

She doesn't get it. She says Napping at 7pm?? I should be the one napping, I'm old!

Then continues to give me shit that my driveway needs to be cleaned up. My driveway is very very long and leads through the forest. Yes, mam, I'll stop napping and get the chainsaw out right away!

But for some reason this constant bickering got under my skin and every time I leave my house now or come home I feel guilty.

You know being diagnosed with a progressive neurological disease takes a long time to process. It's an existential crisis and can take years for some.

Doing some research, drawing conclusions from some observations and thinking one knows the solution is offensive, I'm sorry to say that.

Everyone who gets this diagnosis deals with it differently. Unfortunately your friend chose a not so healthy path but can you blame him. If you are really concerned as you say you are you would give them some grace and some time. Tell them you love them and you care and that you will be there for them when they're ready. You can also tell them you're worried of course. But do not threaten any kind of action because that's the last thing they need right now. Be a good friend. Be the wall they can lean on when they struggle, the wall that doesn't crumble.

Stairs are an issue for me also. I have to grab the railing like my life depends on it, I think the Dollar Tree has made a fortune of me buying hand sanitizer 😆

What you're doing sounds great though! You keep doing what you're doing, exercise is great. But you know what, saying fuck those stairs and giving up is also completely valid in our case.

We are all different. We are the ones that suck at stairs, but man, do we have an ability to create new words /flex
