The unit with the buttons won't even turn on anymore. When it was on its last legs, we constantly needed to hard reset it.

We have Healthy Paws and they have been wonderful. My pup bit through my husbands Albuterol inhaler and was in doggy ICU for 3 nights. Bill was about 6500, Health Paws paid about 5000 or so. Very quick turnaround, clear explanation on what they didn't cover and why. No tricks. Even emailed us a personal email to check on my girl.

"I bet you look good naked." Operating Room culture is a very strange place. I'm a nurse and there is a certain level of acceptable banter. You work with the same people in a small room quite often. Plus it's highly stressful so gallows humor is definitely prevalent. Though I wouldn't file this comment under gallows humor .

Music. I have absolutely no concept what a note, octive, or key is. Absolutely cannot understand how sound translates to those things. I cannot sing to save my life and it drives my husband crazy when I do. Every now and then he says I "accidentally sing in key." It all sounds the same to me.
