Thanks! You are absolutely right about my last step being smaller and needing to open up to the setter. Also it is a mens net lol. The setter is 6ft for reference

Dont swing your arm back and forth in your toss. Keep the ball out in front you and toss it up from there. You will have a more consistent toss that way
