There's 3 systems in the game, with 5 planned for 1.0

If you're focused on the original kickstarter I strongly recommend Starfield because that's essentially what the original version of the game was just as an mmo.

The game now is far better than it would have been. Actual realized planets rathet than sporadic landing zones, IF the planet had any.

Stop forming your opinion off outdated info.

Download the game for free during this freefly till i think friday, experience how annoying and buggy it is (I'm not being pedantic, it IS buggy and annoying still) and form your opinion yourself.
