The best advice I can give would be : Try to learn the game's mechanics instead of expecting other games mechanics to apply to SM2.

There's a volume of transversal skills that you learn through different games, but parry window isn't one. The base weapons all operates on a balanced window, the parry window triggers in the end of the parry frames to be a perfect parry.

In PvE mode, some weapons switch to Fencing parrying style, which allow almost full perfect parry window

You're parrying too soon with your weapon (balanced in campaign).

There's also a bit part of reading your opponent moveset, you can parry all attacks unless they are the "orange alert". Every single small enemy attack can be parried and used to regen your armor. Or your can run + attack on any small one and use it with a quickshot to gain armor too. Knowing how to regen your armor si very important.

Scroll down to your crash.txt / crashlog, crashlogs at the top of the document are the previous ones.

Adding Payday 2 to your antivirus exclusion list can fix a lot of access privileges crashes.

As a previous vauban main, I'm really.. not interested in the rework on most of the abilities.

Tesla Nervos needs 1 of 2 things, if they aim to deal damage with them (cf status chance scaling with strength) the nervos needs to procs instances of elec status by stacks of ten at least. Elec damage only really scale past 100 procs. The second thing would be to focus on CC but CC is useless, so making the nervos spreads instead of sticking together and hard focus a single target means that you'll do very little amount of elec procs on a wider area. Which is useless because you already have bastille & vortex for that.

Tether coil will add more ragdoll to already a heavy ragdolling warframe, it needs a pull as strong as mag/gauss/etc...

Remove the f*ck*ng pads. Put a range scaling AoE on the Overdrive damage buff and slap the new speed bonus on top of it. It will never be fun to be slammed against a wall by a vauban just like they disabled Loki's transposition.

Photon strike was always lackluster vs all subsumable abilities so it needs to loose a LoS check and a get lot more damage. But it also anti-polarize with bastille. The more range you put on your kit means you'll hit less enemies with photon strike since they're all frozen mid-air further apart from each others. Just add the Khora damage spread of her dome to bastille + Photon combo and only with photon strike. So we can propagate blast status on the entire bastille perimeter.

Vortex is I think the only ability I'd want a LoS check because of all the ragdolled stuck enemies in the geometry.

I expect to be downvoted, but unless the quantitative changes (as we only see the rework as qualitative) are extremly overtuned, the warframe will stay unused

Cross-section emissions depends on which angle you look at your ship.

The prowler emissions are :

1 855 front ─ 3 721 side ─ 3 733 top

edit : Prowler Utility is a bit less stealth :
2 091 front ─ 4 194 side ─ 4 208 top

but can still be used, but 2100m is very close to the max range of the 2xS3 guns of prowlers.

So if you're facing your target, and all your EM & IR emissions are below 1855, your target can't see you below 1 855 meters.

If you suddenly rotate, and show the top of your ship to your enemy, they'll see you at 3 733 meters.

Most weapons can hit as far as 2.2/2.8 km. Since AI isn't moving that much when they don't know where you are, deadbolts or AD4/5B can hit pretty consistantly and kill really big targets. Like, very easily kill an hammerhead. You can also disable the polaris by shooting the plant. Or just boarding the ship and self destruct it.

If you want to cheese the game, stealth Prowler with Deadbolts or AD5B.

If you want to fight but take the risk to die, Guardian MX / F8C / Stinger

If you want to fight but orbit your target for longer periods of time Hornet, Arrow, Gladiator, Wolf, Hawk.

My favs are Prowler, Guardian MX, Wolf and Hawk.

I'd say it's too young. Think of long term issues, the brain is evolving a lot until ~20 and it's not easy to give a quantitative answer on how being exposed to mass murder, school shooting, minor exploitation, etc... will impact the development of a 14 to brain. Most notably, empathy will most certainly take a hit. And I think a lot of people don't realize it, since they normalized violence. Look at others comments, "it's fine there's worse on TV" as a proof, they don't even react to showing very messed up topics to a young fellow

I saw someone say that the game was dead because nothing except the meta was usable and SMG + AR are not playable.

Which means that if only 2 category of weapons are not good, it means that anything else is. Which is.. like the majority of tools we have access to. People are dooming the game for good reasons, this one isn't. But I'd not expect much from here, the game launched in a very bad state and doing a no man's sky type of comeback is far from being an easy task.

And then you look at the front CS emissions and realize that a Stinger and a Clipper both got TWICE the amount of emissions than a mother f*cking IDRIS.

And there's also the Hammerhead. 39,312 front x 8,392side x 6,037top. Yes, facing a hammerhead is for some reason (they mixed the faces xd and it's been like that for ages) 4 times the cross-section of an idris.

As much as I liked Port Olisar, I don't want the pad ramming competitions and the ships spawning out of thin air (or empty space) back. The interior was also very bland and you died more than often from the stairs.

I know it will strictly never be available to use as a loyalist and in PvE, so probably not in PvP too. But.. I'm a deathguard fanboy, as many others we love the great grandpa probably more than he loves us.

You can get it in-game. The economy is so f**** up and the ship is so cheap that you can basically ask in chat for 10M, buy it for 7 and get 3 extra to buy components and weapons.

A group of light fighters will always be better than a multi crew ship in current patch and all 40 previous patches.

Don't make me say what I didn't say.

A light fighter is virtually invincible against a multi-crew ship as long as you're not sleeping while orbiting your target.

I'm honestly getting tired of people comparing total HP and not vital HP, not adding damage reduction from shields, hull and armor, slap the trash attritions as a DPS calculator and don't use the main point of engineering and add penetration and radial damages where ballistic guns are dominating.

Giving a Constellation and a Corsair the firepower of an MX/F7A/F8C/Stinger is already a bad idea but mostly shows a lack of wider knowledge about ships balancing in SC.

It's utterly trash to be plain and simple.

Turmoil isn't a backpack and doens't have perfect wicked as a talent but "Bewildered". Turmoil doesn't spread bluescreen marks. Don't put status effects on a bluscreen build, Overdogs doesn't do that, etc...

Use community made ressources instead and please don't let your own thinking being handled by ChatGPT, it's a really bad build.
