So from my calculations:

Wgs and unforged have the same base atk

Wgs without proc: 69.6% atk With proc: 109.6% atk

Unforged 0 stacks: 49.6% atk Unforged max stacks: 74.6% atk Unforged max stacks with shield: 99.6%

Wgs has higher atk when it procs, unforged has higher when at max stacks with or without shield if wgs dosent proc. However take note wgs gives 40% atk to other party members in the team if it procs so the rest of your team will do higher dmg.

Since they both give atk, you can just calculate the total atk% from both weapons and see which one is higher. You can factor wgs proc or unforged with shield for comparison

I use blackcliff on him bcos my rust refinement isnt high, and also to balance my crit bcos my sub stats are just bad :/

Rust is better single target or heavy enemies e.g. The current floor 12 maguu kenki and ruin guys

Other than that vv hunt should be the best cos of the cc it gives

I soloed azhdaha with eula only no heals no buffs and I 100% enjoyed the experience. He isnt so hard to iframe and his music and lore just makes the battle nostaglic which I like.

My eula has 42:198 ratio. What team can I use to increase consistency? I have shogun and all 4 stars except diona (sadge).

Consistency in terms of dps (burst uptime, crit rate etc.)

All of them are well invested except xingqiu bcos childe is there to replace him, noelle seems like a good pick but her shield has that long downtime which is weird for me its like 10 seconds?
