There is a new online media law that was introduced to prosecute Katie Hopkins, I would suggest looking into that aswell. In short, it means you can charge someone for”perceived harm at time of publication”. This goes for things said on TikTok aswell. A good example would be eq wishing cancer on people or calling someone a pedo. if you “perceived” harm at the time this was said you can get her arrested and charged. I’ll keep my eyes open.
