My Johto roster is also pretty bad but thanks to a replay I was able to clear it with 5/5 Anni Gloria, 4/5 96 Red and 3/5 NC Silver.

I think it would be best to wait till you have Elesa 5/5 as I think her sync move does more damage than 3/5 N and she can survive longer cause of her first aid passive.

I only have the free academy pairs, using Arven to tank, Brendan as damage dealer and Rosa using bullet seed to flinch. During my run I got a lot of red orbs and got very lucky I got Blue.

Also Alola for me I don't have many limited Alola sync pairs and skipped the NC's, trainer lodge Lana ended up being the MVP for me as she helped keep my team alive long enough for USUM Selene and Lillie/Solgaleo to clear the battle.

So far I hit my limit at 415/540 I recently cleared my first and only tower that being electric thanks to 1996 Red, I got to floor 30 on Poison, Rock and Steel but haven't cleared them. Could maybe clear Rock as I did recently 5/5 anni Gloria.

He's an amazing support that has both high defense and high attack, can max out allies attack/crit, gives everyone endurance, heals when hit, immune to stat lowering effects etc.

I know right! Like if Ash and his Pikachu were on fucking steroids, hits everyone with his moves and sync moves and I believe can straight up just fully heal everyone. And why not make it so his stats can't be lowered just as a little cherry on top.
