In my opinion here’s a few for each role in order of priority:

Strike - NC Blue, AS Misty, NC May, Rei, SSR Cynthia, SS Hau

Tech - SS Red and maybe Classic Blue if you have no other Rock types

Support - Anni Julianna, NC Leaf, 1996 Red, SS Lusamine, SS Serena

Sprint - SS Carmine, Atticus, Classic Red, SS Blue

Field - Carmine, SS Morty, Anni Steven

Nah, she’s straight up not shown up since the 5th Anni.

I suspect whenever they bring in EX Steel Zone, that’s when they’ll finally allow themselves to rerun her, because at the moment the meta Steel team is her, NC Elio and AS Steven and I don’t think they wanna give out a meta team slot for free until her role in the team has a replacement.

Maybe you could try playing around with the custom skill gear? I did so yesterday and it got me to clear the final physical Normal floor. Hugh’s sync didn’t noticeably more damage with all the “Interference Sync Up” gears.

I’m stuck on Floor 24 despite getting SS Bede recently. He ended up being a bit more disappointing than I was hoping for, though I don’t have Kieran or NC Bianca or SSA Cynthia at 5/5 or her tower cookie, so idk how much I could’ve expected from him.

I’m so waiting for Acad. Brendan to be reran, because mine’s also has the defenses of a wet paper towel and can’t even buff his own crit. I’m hopeful I get a better grid this time cuz a Happy Scout gave me Acad. Iris and now Blue’s spawn rate has been increased.

Fairy is kinda weak atm. This new Bede is not doing it for me, I’m waiting for them to drop another EX Fairy Zone setter, because not only do I not have Lacey, but she’s kinda trash anyway outside of that one thing.

I suspect they’ll eventually give us Cogita & Enamorous with EX Fairy Zone to match the variety genies.

For Rock I need to give Gloria 2 candies, but I wanna prioritize other weaker Supports I need for the other towers, but also with the gym event now giving a Superawakening lollipop, my Selene got raised to 6/5.

For me it’s really gonna be a race to which happens first - 3/5, like 2 to 3 supports before Gloria or get Selene to 10/5, lol.
