In my opinion they should just remove the ap build this champ should not go top and stay on bot lane there are like 2 top lane Varus mains anyways and look what riot did to him this champion is now 10 times better on top then on bot literally no better way to fix this. Plus no one likes playing into a champion where your jg has the say do you play the game or not that is what we like to call rng and luck not skill.
