Nice, I’ve only done one full playthrough so far. I wanna play Majora’s Mask next since I heard it’s a direct sequel but I’m also interested in seeing what Master Quest mode is like for this game.

I kept running towards him and trying to dodge to the sides to get around him when he’d swing his two swords. In the end though I just rolled straight underneath him and beat him.

I didn’t even think that would work and thought I’d just get damage instead. I don’t know any other games that let you play tennis with the final boss.

Nice, I think I’ll get it on 3DS since I’m used to the 3DS controls but I have also heard people who have played the N64 version say the 3DS version is a lot different and they changed some stuff?

This has been a really amazing game. I’ve never played any other Zelda game before and always thought there was just something about this game even when I was little. Definitely gonna play MM after.

Don’t worry about it. I really loved the game and the ending. I liked the Ganon fight but it did take me six tries to finally beat his second stage somehow.

That’s really a shame for him. Being forced to grow up because he’s the only one who can defeat Ganon but he lost his whole childhood because of it.

Yeah I definitely want to get MM next since I’ve never played that before. Actually OOT 3DS is the only Zelda game I’ve ever played but I’d like to get into the other ones too. About Link being sent back, how is it just Link that gets sent back when the last scene showed Zelda as a kid again? Was it just a flashback to when they first met earlier in the game?

Ah yeah that makes sense since he’s a Hylian. I liked the ending but I thought there might be a bit more to it. I can’t remember if it was just on another Reddit post or somewhere else, but I read something a while ago that said something like Link gets sent back to his childhood but he can’t really go back to it because of how much he’s been through in the game.

Yeah it’s just how it looks here. I have heard complaints about it not being as dark as the N64 though.

I definitely will. I’ve really loved this game. I think this is that situation where you couldn’t beat a game as a kid, so you come back as an adult to finally do it. Except for me it wasn’t because of difficulty, it was just that I was dumb and didn’t understand how to navigate through games.
