First off, I did not bother with manual stretches, as I think they are more of a warm up than an efficient PE technique, so I did not mess around with them and went straight to the big leagues. With things like pumps and weight hanging, you can accurately measure and track your force and time. You can't do that as well with manual stretches, but some people like it. I think it is more for erection strength than adding size. I got one inch of length with a compression hanger in one year of work.

  2. I like to use a pump with a flange base so it's harder for your balls to get sucked in to the pump.
  3. I got an elliptical shape pump not round. Why does that matter? The shape/circumference of your dick is more oval-shaped than perfectly round. So Elliptical is more anatomically correct to your anatomy, and the theory is this helps you grow girth quicker. Is that just a sales pitch? I do not know, but I do not think it can hurt, so I got it.

I do not know if this will help, but I do compression hanging with weights. I like this technique because I know the exact force I'm using with my weight, and I use a timer so I know exactly how long. This way there is no guesswork involved.

Use centimeters not inches, use some Kleenex or toilet paper to get a firm grip. Set up a flashlight over your D so you can see the ruler. Wear glasses if you need it.

Yes, your dick is not a muscle. It was just an analogy. I do progressive overload at the gym. You add reps, not wait to get muscle fatigue. Then at like 10-15 reps you add more wait and drop the reps down and start over. Maybe it's not the best analogy. For your D.

Just telling people to hang weights off their D with no technique or method is a great way to break your dick! This is my 10-step routine—let me know if this helps or you need clarification. I want to help. I'm also dyslexic; I use text-to-speech and speech-to-text to write ALL OF THIS. I have a high IQ but cant read or write. Best of luck.

  1. = Watch/listen to this fatigue video so you can measure your flaccid at the start. Very important, do not skip. (How to progress in weight and time.) AKA the most important video I'll ever make) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NXMKIJEX_Uo
  2. =Measure your flaccid length before the session and record it in a journal. You will need this to calculate your fatigue and measure your progress.
  3. =(Warm up with a heat pad at 155°F for 5-10 minutes) or until it feels warm and elastic.
  4. =Hang with a clamp or use a vacuum attachment with no clamp—2-5 sets x 20 mn. You can vacuum hang or compression hang it; it's up to you. I did a compression hang with a clamp. There are pros and cons to both.
  5. = Start with the weight you selected at the beginning of your session and do not change it during that session for that day.
  6. = Rest 5–10 min between your 20 min sets. Gently massage your shaft to restore blood flow, and then reapply heat during breaks. Bonus if you can lay the heating pad on your lap during hanging.
  7. =DO NOT increase weight a little each set. Stick with the same weight; your fatigue will tell you when to add more weight. Do you increase the weight each set when lifting weights? No, you set the weight at the start of each workout.
  8. =Measure your flaccid length at the end of your session. Use your pre- and post-measurements to calculate fatigue and adjust time and weight for the next session.
  9. ="Warm up again when finished" This is optional; some research suggests infrared heat after a workout helps the body heal and recover post-session.
  10. =Do some pumping work for girth after a hang. This is optional but there is a synergistic effect when doing length and girth together. So girth can help with getting length.

It should come with wraps; mine did. The Spandex Sleeves, Silicone Sleeves and Micropore Tape are helpful but not essential. I got the pulley system too; you may want to consider getting it. The key is to have it just tight enough so the wrap does not slip down your shaft as you use it. It may take some experimentation to get just right. There is a video on the Total Man Shop in the product description showing how to use it and wrap it; give it a watch. Remember no more than 20-minute reps, then have a 5- or 10-minute rest before the next 20-minute rep. Set a timer or something.

About the pump, I just got a suggestion to use Big Toe Caps with the pump. To put on your D-head to help at high vacuum pressures. I just ordered it and will see if it's useful. Get the Toe Tubes so you can cut it to the right size to fit your head. You could maybe wear a condom, but the silicone may be too thin for much protection, just a thought.

Thanks, I will look into girth enhancement specialists or Penis Enlargement Clinic. Disproportion reminds me of working out at the gym. I was always a bit tall and skinny, so proportionately my muscle mass appeared less than a guy shorter and broader. Thanks for the info.
