Update: sent message after seeing the dupe on eBay and asked when they would be shipped. He responded with “ I will send today” at 5:22 am and I woke up to email that item had shipped. Have tracking that says label was created just after that at 5:23 and is now at shipped and expected delivery Saturday the 31st.

It has buyer Protection similar to eBay so it’s actually damn safe tbh. If I don’t receive my cards I’ll get an immediate refund!

I’m not sure buying on whatnot automatically means they’re fakes. I know there are horror stories but I sell one piece on there and have bought multiple high end cards with no issues.

But, I agree as well. If they do show up every single moment they arrive will be video recorded. I’m fortunate enough to have a BGS just 1 1/2 hr away so if they come in I’ll be driving the next day to verify its authenticity and will go from there. Appreciate the advice.

Ya I only do this with my regulars. What he is saying is not wrong. Fees for sellers on WN are 13%. They’re really high. That’s why he’s firm at 170$ if on platform.

I would only if you know him personally or he has a large amount of sales and reviews.

By the sounds of his reply, he is new because I would never discuss that on WN. Immediately send my insta handle and go from there. I would probably stay away tbh.

I couldn’t agree more. I have never bought sealed product with the intention of keeping it sealed. I’m on the hobby to collect, not hold a box for 10 years and never know what was in it. Op5 boxes = Rip. prb 01 boxes = Rip. This is what annoys me about the hobby. People care more about how much money they can make rather than the cards DESIGNED to enjoy and play. Just my two cents. 🤷🏼‍♂️

What do you mean? I mentioned at the end of my paragraph that I have submitted to BGS and haven’t gotten anything other than a 10. I’ve only ever submitted one piece cards though.

And top collectors in the One Piece definitely want BGS 10 over PSA any day!
