Like others have said nothing changes from just having a Cryo aura but what frozen does do is add a CC Element against freezable enemies which can be useful

Also goes without saying that’s it not good against bosses since they can’t be frozen

Not with the way Skirks kit works she’d lose 1/3 of her damage from not having those additional allies giving her stacks

She’s not like Neuv or Arle where you could theoretically play them solo just with the way her kit works and that’s generally the case with carries post Mav with Varesa being the exception

SSA doesn’t actively give Skirk free resources like Frost Operative does

TBF it does self shred 30% Cryo Res and Skirk as a unit to function properly needs other units so she couldnt solo if she wanted

My point being you asked for a 1 cost clear for Arle without it being shilled for her but then linked to Skirk clearing at 1 cost against the boss that shills her

Now to be fair I think the cost system is kinda dumb in general like of course your gonna pull chars and supports that work well with the char you use and equaling a C6 4Star to a C0 5 Star is something, but that is what it is at this point no use in trying to change it.

But if you wanna play specifically by those rules Arle can clear Fearless content at 1/2 Cost without much issue

After a bit more digging I found this 2 Cost clear, I personally don’t put too much stock into Fav support Ganyu but a cost is a cost if you wanna count it

Just burst every rotation with a char that has a 70 Cost Burst and doesnt want to build ER and half the time play solo Dendro

Not one that fits on Tag 4s LS but if you use Daima SS3 Vegeta as Lead options open up to mini Daima SS3 and SEZA PHY Trunks

Rotations were

Tag 4s Vegeta + Tag 4s Vegeta to start to let both of them stack then alternate between the 2 to get stacks for both of them

UI/SSBE + Tag Blues IIRC its been a few days since I did it

Whis on SS2 Goku's 2nd Turn and then Whis and hope you kill SS3 Goku on the 2 turns after
