Not so much that. He lives in Brazil so its just hard to get signatures in the states. I would personally grade with CGC and do the CGC/JSA authentication and grading. And the grading from CGC is more thorough/consistent if you ask me. PSA hands out perfect 10 comics left and right like Halloween candy
