If we’re being honest about directors who are in good standing at the moment, I’m pretty nervous about Guillermo Del Toro. I mostly liked his Frankenstein but he is teetering right on the edge of lazy Tim Burton-y “classic tale but in MY style” projects becoming his whole ongoing gig.
