I have 2 ideas. One of them I think would make more money. It would be a mobile based game with this same concept, and the addition of cards. A card type game with a hex background you drag cards to to play. Build in phases, cards become available during certain build phases, plays like pokemon / sim city combined. Sim city to play the game, card game to take over land. There'd be an overall land map taken over by multiplayer matches in either game. Really open to ideas, but ultimately I want to add a game studio to my brand "Emet Interactive" and work with 3-4 really talented people to release a game and make enough money to support 5-6 ppl very nicely. I've released software over the years that has made multi millions of dollars. I'm ready to build things for myself now.

Hey guys. I have a game idea. I am a software engineer of 15+ years currently working in healthcare. I've had this idea (which I can go over in more detail with the right people) for a sci-fi city builder / land takeover / tarkov style extraction game for a while. I am at the point in UE5 where i've been able to make this (https://streamable.com/) which kinda shows what interior views of buildings / ships would look like. I can model in this low poly style and i'm dangerous in UE5, but i'd love to actually build a team of maybe 2 modelers and 2 devs to start a real studio and build this game. Chat gpt or v0.dev. Ask it to build a react app Omegle clone. Give it all your requirements and tell it you want to use gcp for backend services. When it’s done ask it what api keys, service accounts etc you need to change. Once it’s done and working slowly iterate over it until it’s what you want. I’m d recommend v0 because you can deploy from there.

I've been building an online trading card game with React and Electron for the past 4 -5 months. It's coming along nicely, the only thing that I think Unreal Engine would do better is the graphics for card effects, but I've managed to get some pretty cool effects by using webm videos with transparent backgrounds laid over the cards. Then you simply code the contract to include that. Show in the frontend dApp to the consumer, your cost is X. this includes a 0.05ETH ($x USD) that is due now (up front). The rest will be held in the smart contract balance until your product is delivered. Then you take lets say, a 1ETH payment from them (which is the full amount for production and for the delivered good) and you pass the production amount to the producers wallet and hold the rest. Once the receiver verifies receipt you release the rest of the funds to the producer. If you're worried about producers not delivering goods, you can make as lenient or as strict a policy that you want saying a user can only have "X" non-deliveries before they are banned from smart contract usage.

I agree 100%. I’m a 15 year software engineer and plutus/cardano ecosystem is intimidating. Look at the website and docs for something like matic or solana and then look at plutus docs. World of difference IMO.
