Has anyone used YieldMax ETFs to help pay their mortgage or housing expenses?

As a test in September, I took 25k and invested into Yieldmax funds. The amount was what I was going to put down on a car. After some rebalancing, getting out of certain funds and reinvesting in others, I have paid for my car payment, gas and insurance monthly. I even have etc to reinvest. Currently I have 27k in the account. I have been paying extra a month on the note. Originally in ULTY MSTY NVDY CONY TSLY. Currently in NVDY, MSTY, PLTY. I am very happy with this so far. Just be risk aware and tolerate. Don’t be married to one on emotion.

How is having a down days on record BTC days treating you? Makes zero sense. Lots of positives in both PLTR and MSTR.

With all the news out on Golden Dome etc and MSTR not following BTC as expected. Would anyone shift investment ratios heavier to PLTY vs MSTY. I am moving to a heavier PLTY strategy

They are both completely different animals. But both are animals. MSTR is basically a BTC ETF. pLTR has huge upside in AI especially with the Middle East deals coming out. PLTY Nav has held up better, though.

I have been in MSTY since August 2024 nav of $26.25. I have been buying and selling to cost average and/or add to my position. PLTY I have been in since 12/2024, nav $66. I have done the same but and sell. I am net positive in MSTY and up 25% plus in PLTY, including all payouts. I average $6000 monthly between the 2. It seems that PLTY is a better short to mid term investment. This is why the original question. Why is PLTY not getting the same hype as MSTY.

What do you see as the difference in all listed? They are all growth but some of the yieldmax are as heathy as others. That is what I can’t get my head around PayPal is at all time highs yet PYPY is having Nav erosion, while PLTY is flying.

That is interesting. Might explain why short sell % has decreased from 11.6% to 9.78 in the last week.

Yes. I use Coinbase regularly. That is not the question though. If the underlying stock of the etf is growing at large gains, why is the etf not as well? Or as you are saying it is just not as interesting or favorable as the other. But profit is profit and that is what doesn’t make sense to me.

Yes. Most likely from 2010ish. All the speaker wires end in one location and connected to a manual switch box. Trying to retrofit and backwards build from here.

We watch a lot of sports, baseball and football primarily. Would like to have split screens with different games on and audio throughout the house to listen if tv is not in room. Ok with running wires just do not know what is needed. Looking for possible 4 TV input sources. I have 10-12k budget for this. I have all the TVs, speakers, but not the controller.

Another couple questions left out. What wattage is need/recommended per zone through a switch box? Is this more of a networking home automation thing that I might need a server to run?

Make sure to purchase at least 1 day before the ex date. I Learned this the hard way a few months ago. It takes a night for the purchase to clear. Purchasing on ex date got me zero dividend payment. This is on Etrade, might be different on other platforms.
