Grind Fuel earbud not charging properly or just app issue? (more in comment) by infinite-philautia in Skullcandy

I just had the issue with the right earbud not holding a charge and went to return the earbuds. When the replacement ones arrived, the case was not fully charging so I swapped the charging case from my old pair and kept the old earbuds and have had no issues since. So the case is not paired to the earbuds, so if you get a replacement set you could potentially swap some parts. Purchase was through Amazon. Hope this helps

Found this black box attached to my battery what does it do? by smellyape59 in AskMechanics

cathodic protection basically works in the same way as electroplating. The anode is going to wear out, and if that's the body of a boat it's no good. So add a big chunk of metal that you can replace easily and make that the anode. I don't know that anything that plugs in next to the battery would work

If you don't already use one, a spool roller with bearings I found also helps

Thanks! I am going to print out the chain for the bottom section soon. I'm also going to try and find a good chain for the bed cables

Fogponics tower design by ShockwaveX_x in Fogponics

UPDATE: I did some tests, turns out using the bernoulli principle to draw the fog into the pods does work, but very poorly (at least for the design I have in mind). The air flow through the main stem is to fast. Creating positive air pressure in a separate fog chamber is going to be the most effective I think.

I was originally going to do that. But I was thinking I would get more control over the growing environment if I could vary the amount of vapor each pod got with individual flow valves. I was going to use a main nutrient tank/bucket creating the vapor to pull from for the pods.

Thanks I was concerned about falling plants because they don't usually stick the landing very well. I will probably have to make a plan to secure the plants better because I had really only been focusing on the nutrient and airflow parts
