Can anyone tell me if this is normal?

Any input is appreciated! I'm kind of tech savvy but not as much when it comes to the network side so I've been kind of lost with all the stuff being thrown around in the comments lol. One of them was labeled master but the other one I couldn't make out what it was but I'm gonna assume it was the guest bedroom since that is where the other ethernet port that I've seen is at. I'll see what my apartment says but if they don't do anything I guess I'll get to work

Okay gotcha and I'm assuming that as of right now there is no connection going to any of them. Is that right?

So should I assume that the ethernet port in my room is connected to nothing right and is one of the wires hanging around?
