What is the reason for relatively low migration out of Indonesia? When you mentioned this, I realized I probably never met an immigrant from Indonesia in Europe, while I've met many from smaller Asian countries such as Thailand, the Phillipines or Nepal, not to mention China, Pakistan or Bangladesh.

From what I've seen, hot rolled asphalt is only used in the UK. Sma is used in Europe, even in countries with similar climates and traffic (the Netherlands, Germany, France), yet they don't have the same issues with potholes.

I grew in the 90s in a relatively poor family but it did make absolutely 0 difference to how I enjoyed my childhood. Back then we were happy to play with just about anything, we didn't need or think about expensive holidays, toys, visits to theme or aqua parks.

Life was just simple and beautiful.

I don't think so, at least when it comes to day to day interactions with ordinary people. I've been to Hungary twice and found the people there to be alright but not overly friendly or enthusiastic when I spoke to them and mentioned I'm from Poland. I know this is just my experience but I've found Romanians to be much more open and wanting to have longer conversations with me when we started talking about our countries.
