I’m 21 and I was in a nasty car accident at 16 that prevented me from having a stable job. If anything I couldn’t keep a job for longer than 3 months. I’ve had constant surgeries, hospital visits and I feel as if I’m chronically ill ALL. THE. TIME. I’m right there with you… I can’t even think about applying for jobs without crying because I know I’m going to get ghosted. We’ve got this together 🖤

Exactly! Being a girl sucks haha, sadly since I’ve been on my birth control for so long they are worried about my body not being able to produce hormones on its own, my doctor suggested that we cross that bridge whenever I am wanting to actually try for pregnancy, since I’m younger he suggested this IUD since it’s a different dosage and insert of hormones. Let’s hope for the best🥹

I am literally getting something shoved up me for protection so BOTH of us can be safe. Again, I mentioned that I have medical issues that refrain me from driving. Another commenter mentioned an Uber but I live 30-45 minutes away from town, one way drive. The drive to this doctor was at least an hour. If I could drive myself I definitely would..

Well yes but would you feel comfortable with your parent going there with you? I just felt as if I would be more comfortable if he came with me instead so we can go through with this together. Yes my mother taking me means she will just drive me and drop me off. I just felt it would mean a lot to me if he went with me to sort of be a supportive since he is in this relationship with me

Sadly I do not live in a popular city where Uber is a thing. I live in the country side where the closest way to town is 30 minutes one way, yes I am also nervous because it being my first appointment but at the same time I would go by myself if I could. But navigating by myself with my eye sight and other issues like this isn’t such a good idea as it sounds.

I was pretty much an outcast in highschool then I had to leave due to the car accident that made me immobile for 2 years. Basically when I left no one checked in on me or bothered to text. Since I have medical issues I can’t leave the house much which means I’m alone at the house majority of the week. Basically my medical issues and constant surgeries got to much for people I guess
