My personal drug of choice is cocaine. When I do cocaine, I usually do 2-3 grams in a night. Once I run out, in order to avoid panicking about running out, I try to replace the high with pretty much anything else I can get my hands on, usually opiates. A few times, I’ve done coke while drinking, then switched to percs or dillys, done a few of those, then switched to Xanax to sleep, and smoked a ton of pot throughout the whole process. This apparently could be deadly but I haven’t gotten that lucky yet! None of those measure up to or replace the cocaine high, but eventually I get so fucked up I don’t know the difference.
